During a Soul Session, you lay comfortably on a massage table surrounded by gemstones and gentle music as I hold space for you to deeply relax. For approximately an hour, I'll channel universal light through your body, illuminating your energy field to cleanse, charge and observe any metaphorical messages that will help you on your life's journey. What I offer is not exactly Reiki, but a form of working with your energy field. After the energy channeling, I will write down what messages or images were presented and share them with you. We can then attempt to decode the messages together and/or you're welcome to take the information home to further explore the guidance privately.
Ultimately, my intention is to help you better understand your own powers and to establish a knowing of how your energy/guides speak to you. For you to create a strong connection to your intuition so your knowledge of self and confidence skyrockets. Presenting you with exercises to strengthen your consciousness and enhance your day to day life, you will know your power like never before.

Know a child who is in need of a different approach to their inner challenges? Or a child who is 'seeing' things you can't quite explain and could benefit from talking to someone about it? I get great joy working with children and watching them grow quickly into the incredible beings they are. I incorporate some energy work, but mostly just hang out and talk about perspectives to the situations they are struggling with and connecting them to their hearts for guidance and clarity.
